Step 1: Our designer will make a printing draft for you as per your requirements
Step 2: Make some printing moulds and decoration moulds
Step 3: Printing colors and patterns on raw materials
Step 4: Cutting the material as per the size
Step 5: Molds setting up on cap making machine
Step 6: Cap making, inspection and packaging
Application method
Bottle Shrink Capsules can’t be shrunk with heat, it must be shrunk onto the bottle with shrink machine, you could refer to below video.
Delivery way
If the order is MOQ quantity, we could delivery the cargo by FedEx, UPS, DHL or TNT etc. express or other available ways.
If the order is big quantity, we could delivery the cargo by sea or as per the customer’s request.
