Step 2: Make some printing moulds and decoration moulds
Step 3: Printing colors and patterns on raw materials
Step 4: Cutting the material as per the size
Step 5: Molds setting up on cap making machine
Step 6: Cap making, inspection and packaging

Application method
The white color polylaminate capsule can’t be shrunk with heat, it must be shrunk onto the bottle with shrink machine or bottling lines.

A: We are a manufacture and have our own export right.
2. Q: What is your sample policy?
A: If we have the existing samples, the customer just need to pay the shipping freight, the samples are free; If the customer want the new customized samples, we will charge the sample cost, because we need to make printing moulds and there are some other production cost.
