Step 1: Our designer will make the printing drafts as per customer’s requirements
Step 2: Make some printing moulds and decoration moulds
Step 3: Print colors and patterns on raw materials
Step 4: Cutting the materials as per the size
Step 5: Molds setting up on cap making machine
Step 6: Cap making and packaging
Application method
The big diameter transparent shrink sleeve must be shrunk onto the bottle with heat.
You can use a heat shrink machine, heat gun, high wattage blow dryer, or boiling water to shrink them.
Delivery way
If the order is MOQ quantity, we could delivery the cargo by FedEx, UPS, DHL or TNT etc. express or other available ways.
If the order is big quantity, we could delivery the cargo by sea or as per the customer’s request.
