Step 3: Printing colors and patterns on raw materials

Step 4: Cutting the material as per the size

Step 5: Molds setting up on cap making machine

Step 6: Cap making and packaging

Application method

Heat Shrink Capsules must be shrunk onto the bottle with heat.

You can use a heat shrink machine, heat gun, high wattage blow dryer, or boiling water to shrink them.

A: If we have the existing samples, the customer just need to pay the shipping freight, the samples are free; If the customer want the new customized samples, we will charge the sample cost, because we have certain production cost.
