1. The clarity of the pattern: the ink is required to be uniform, the color is consistent, the pattern is clear, there is no joint offset, and there is no indentation.
2. By adjusting the length and width of the film: the joint and width of the entire pattern, the pattern joint is generally controlled within 1 mm, it is recommended that you choose a blank pattern as the joint, which can achieve an insignificant effect.
3. Size and height of the screen printing pattern: The size and height of the bottle cap pattern should be the same as the standard sample cap, and there is no obvious difference.
4. Ink adhesion: After the bottle cap ink is completely dry, use a special tool for cross-cutting.
